Job description
We are looking for a Commercial / Sales Manager (Mid-Level) to drive our business development efforts in Thailand and the APAC region. This role focuses on defining and executing the commercial strategy, generating revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage pricing and quotations, oversee the sales pipeline, and provide accurate reporting and performance analysis. Our services include IT consulting, outsourcing, IoT smart solutions, and turnkey projects for corporate clients and business owners. You will also collaborate with our European commercial team on cross-border opportunities, joint initiatives, and strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business in IT consulting, outsourcing, IoT solutions, and turnkey projects.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Prepare and control pricing and quotations to ensure competitive and profitable deals.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and deliver regular reports.
Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the European commercial team on joint bids and strategic initiatives.
Lead communication activities such as client presentations and proposal development.
Organize and participate in roadshows, industry events, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
Thai nationality (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, consulting, IoT solutions, or turnkey projects.
Proven track record in developing commercial strategies and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing models, IoT solutions, and project-based delivery.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven reporting.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate across time zones.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
