Job description
IT Service Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for our IT services portfolio. You will develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with other entities to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve identifying market opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and forecast, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and track progress towards sales targets for IT services, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and providing solutions and support to meet their requirements.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services, prospecting and qualifying leads, and generating sales leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including other entities of OTCHEE group, to align sales efforts with service delivery capabilities, support service launches, and address client needs.
Partnership collaboration: Work closely with business partners and IT editors to develop new services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Proven experience in sales leadership or management roles, preferably in the IT services industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for IT services.
Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others, build rapport with clients, and negotiate effectively.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying market opportunities, overcoming challenges, and driving results in selling IT services.
Proficiency in sales tools and technologies, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Able to occasionally travel in Thailand and overseas.
Fluent in Thai and English.
Thai nationality
